Collaboration Cases
XKool x Fujian Provincial Institute Fuzhou Project
Fujian Provincial Institute requested XKool's assistance in developing a land acquisition project in a core area of Fuzhou City. The project involved 5 sites with requirements of a total construction area of 550,000 square meters and a commercial-residential ratio of 1:1. CAD topographic information is provided. A land acquisition report plan with multiple planning schemes must be completed within a short period of time.
XKool x China Construction Huzhou Project
XKool assisted China Construction Design Group with the preliminary planning and design of some plots for the Huzhou project. There are 9 plots in the project, with a total buildable area of 275,000 square meters, a total FAR of 2.17, and construction projects with a height limit of 100 meters, including residential, hotel, commercial, kindergarten, and others. As part of this project, XKool supports the planning and design of 2 plots on the south side, with a total construction area of approximately 240,000 square meters.
XKool x Wuhan HYP-ARCH Project
XKool assisted in the adjustment and optimization of a Wuhan HYP-ARCH project design scheme. This project has a FAR of 3.0 and a height limit of 150 meters. During "Great Cold" day, the site must receive minimum two hours of sunlight. Nevertheless, existing high-rise residential buildings on the north of the site might be blocked by the new buildings in this project, which will negatively affect their sun exposure.
XKool x Henan Bona Project
XKool assisted with the design of a project in Bona Hebi, Henan Province. There is a total above-ground construction area of about 158,600 square meters and a site area of approximately 66,000 square meters. Program components include residential, kindergarten, commercial, and supporting facilities.
XKool x Zhongji Xuanyuan Project
XKool optimized the design for a project in Baoding, Zhongji Xuanyuan. The project has a site area of about 48,000 square meters, a FAR of 2.5, and an overall construction area of about 118,000 square meters above ground. Program components include residential, kindergarten, neighborhood center, and other supporting facilities.
